July 27th – Tuesday – Schedule

  • 7:00am: PPA Center opens for setup. Your staff can arrive as early as 7:15am to setup your sponsor table.
  • 8:00am: PPA Center opens Attendee registration and breakfast.
  • 8:30am: Mile High Software Testing – opening comments. – Session Room Aspen
  • 9:00am: Mile High Software Testing – AM workshops, sessions and talks begin. – Session Rooms
  • 12:00pm: Lunch and Networking – Event Lobby
  • 1:00pm: Mile High Software Testing – PM workshops, sessions and talks begin. – Session Rooms
  • 4:00pm: Mile High Software Testing – Happy Hour, Sponsored by Applitools – Event Lobby

July 28th – Wednesday – Schedule

    Sponsor Table Information

    As a meal or happy hour sponsor, each vendor will receive a 2’x 6′ Table area. Each table includes a 6′ draped table and a power strip and a shared wireless internet connection. Your booth will be clearly marked when you arrive for setup after 7:15am on Tuesday, July 27th in the PPA Center Event Lobby.

    It is suggested to keep your booth area simple. Bring Pop-ups, marketing materials and any giveaways that you would like. There is no AV service at this location. Any monitors/displays will need to be shipped by you to the address below or brought by the staff to the event. Wired internet is not avaialble.

    Sending your materials to the Event:

    Your materials must arrive in Colorado by Friday, July 23rd, 2021. Items not received by then are not guaranteed to arrive in Denver at the PPA Event Center.

    Lead Retrieval / Conference Badges

    At Mile High Testing we will provide QR codes with contact details on the attendees badge. There is no need to rent any equipment. You can use any QR/Barcode app on your smartphone to scan the QR Codes and store the information.

    Note: The conference attendee list will NOT be given out at the end of the conference unless contracted. 



    Sponsor Speakers/Staff Conference Passes & Registration

    As an MHT 2021 Sponsor, you will receive complimentary Conference Pass(es) (non-transferable) for the event (Tuesday – Wednesday, July 27th-28th). Each sponsor, depending on level, receives 2 passes, speaker passes are complimentary.

    Onsite Procedures

    We are currently planning for about 75 – 100 attendees at the Mile High Software Testing Conference. Although there are no specific requirements for groups under 200 in the State of Colorado, we are taking some subjective precautionary steps with respect to COVID-19. Our venue has a capacity of 200 +. By limiting our attendance, we will be able to set up the classrooms with additional distance between seats. We are also allowing more time between sessions so that we can wipe down the tables. We are working with the caterers to have box lunches or pre-packaged snacks as opposed to buffet-style meals. Although we are not allowed to require masks or ask people to show their proof of vaccination cards, we are encouraging those who are not vaccinated to please wear a mask. We will have masks and personal hand sanitizers available at the registration desk for those who want or need them.
